Thank you for using GreaterThanZero! These terms and conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the domain greaterthanzero.com and its sub-domains ("Website"). In these Terms and Conditions, GreaterThanZero, LLC, will be referred to as the “Company", "we", "us", or "our". The services that the Company provides will be referred to as the "Services".
By using the Services you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are binding that organization to these terms, and you promise that you have the authority to do so. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.
Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent changes to them, or become dissatisfied with the Services in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue accessing the Website and using the Services.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall be deemed to, establish any partnership or joint venture between any of the parties, make any party the agent of another party, or authorize any party to enter into any commitments on behalf of any other party.
We will continuously seek to improve and expand the Services. As a result, the Services may change over time. We may remove content from, add content to, or replace content on the Website. We may suspend or discontinue the Services, partially or entirely, or change prices for the Services, at our sole discretion.
To access the Services, you must become a member of the Services ("Member") by signing up for an annual plan. Membership is subject to annual charges set forth on the GreaterThanZero signup page. For more details on charges, see section "Charges and Payment" below.
Once you have become a member, you access the Services by logging in with a username and password. The Website is hosted on the Google infrastructure via a service called Google App Engine. As part of that service, Google handles user login and authentication. We cannot see or otherwise obtain your Google password. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services.
Being a Member enables you to track the performance of one or more financial accounts, depending on the plan that you signed up for. The financial accounts whose performance you track with one Membership need not belong to you, but they must belong to members of one and the same household. If you wish to to track the performance of financial accounts belonging to members of different households, you must sign up for several Memberships, namely, one Membership per household.
You may change the plan to which you subscribe or cancel your membership at any time by going to the "Profile" tab that is shown when you are logged in to the Website. See section "Charges and Payment" below for more details.
