Privacy Policy

In summary, our only connection to you as a person and the only personal information that we have about you is your gmail address. We don't know who you are, and we don't want to know.

Your Financial Accounts Information

The Service that we provide consists in helping you understand the performance of your financial accounts, and to keep track of your net worth. To this end, you enter or upload information about your financial accounts, namely: deposits, withdrawals, and account balances together with their respective dates. Each financial account is identified by a name that you choose at your discretion. Neither do you give us any information about the actual financial account, nor does the account to even have to exist in reality. We perform calculations with the numbers that you give us, and we display the results of these calculations in charts and tables on the Website.

You may choose to provide your account data by uploading a financial statement in pdf format to the Website. In that case, we only extract the end date and balance and the dates and amounts of deposits and withdrawals, if any, from your statement. We do not extract any other information from the pdf, let alone store it. The pdf as a whole is transient in our software. It is never committed to any kind of storage.

Sharing of Information

We do not rent or sell any of the information that you give to us to anybody. We will share the information that you give to us with third parties only as described below.

We may use trusted third party companies and individuals to help us analyze and improve the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data storage, web analytics, and payment processing. These third parties and individuals may access your information, but they do so only to the extent and for the purposes of performing the services that we have tasked them with, and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to disclose to outside parties any information if we reasonably believe that this disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with a law, court order, regulation or other compulsory legal request;
  • protect any person or persons from death or serious bodily injury;
  • enforce our terms of service or other agreements; or
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its members, employees, or users.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we modify this Privacy Policy in a manner that we believe reduces your rights in a significant way, we will notify you, either by email or by posting an announcement on the Website. You are bound by the modified Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Service after such changes have been posted.
